Norco Milk -
cape byron ice cream

Collider Studio was approached by Norco Milk to showcase the new “Cape Byron” ice cream products. It was a fun challenge finding the balance between photorealism and fantasy, to create a entire landscape made out of ice cream. The base forms were sculpted in Gaea and we included several iconic landmarks within the broader environment. We explored two flavours, Mango Macadamia and Cookie Dough. Each flavour required meticulous detail on the scattered assets to achieve a believable result. After careful refinement, we achieved a beautiful result showcasing the blend of more frozen peaks and milky melted slopes of the ice cream. I was the lead 3D artist on this project and was involved in all aspects of the 3D process.
